Black Future - Spain 2012/2013

As they like to say in the coal mining area, the mine is much more than just a job: it feeds you, but it can also kill you. Being a miner means much more than just having a particular job. It's an identity that every miner's family develops, and that is strengthened by links created among the population in the coal basin. In the coal mining areas everything revolves around the mine. Entire families still rely on the coal and other sectors and jobs are indirectly related to the mining sector as well.
